Knusford Berhad ("KB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting  for the proposed new additional mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.

A circular to shareholders of KB setting out the details of the above proposal will be desptached to the shareholders in due course.
