We refer to your Company's announcement dated 29 April 2015, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

i) Tenure of the land on which the 11 units of retail lots are erected.

ii) The date(s) on which the Deposit and Balance Purchase Price amounts were/will be made.

iii) Number of units to be used as corporate office and for letting out respectively, and expected rental income per month.

Knusford Berhad (“KB” or “the Company”) is pleased to furnish herewith the additional information as required by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) via its letter dated 30 April 2015:-

1. Tenure of the land on which the 11 units of retail lots are erected:

    The tenure of the property is freehold.

2.The date(s) on which the Deposit and Balance Purchase Price amounts were/will be made:

   The Deposits were paid on 29 April 2015 and the Balance Purchase Price will be by 29 July 2015, ie within 3 months from the date of Sale and Purchase Agreement.

3. Number of units to be used as corporate office and for letting out respectively, and expected rental income per month:

    9 units will be used as corporate office and the remaining 2 units will be for rental. The expected rental income is about RM 7,000 per month for the said 2 units.
