Knusford Berhad ("KB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its Shareholders at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened on the Proposed New Additional Mandate for KB and its subsidiaries to enter into Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.

A Circular to Shareholders of KB setting out the details of the above will be despatched to the Shareholders in due course.
