The Board of Directors has approved the change of the Company's financial year end from 31 December 2021 to 31 March 2022. The change is to facilitate better audit planning and allocation of resources. The next set of Audited Financial Statements shall be made up for a period of 15 months from 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2022. |
