PROPOSED ALTERATION OF THE EXISTING MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION BY REPLACING WITH A NEW CONSTITUTION

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking  its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Alteration of the existing Memorandum and Articles of Association by replacing with a new Constitution at the forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting.

 

A Circular to shareholders containing the details of the above proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
