Knusford Berhad (“KB”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Knusford Project Management Sdn Bhd (“KPM”) had subscribed for 2,999,999 ordinary shares of PHP 1.00 each for the incoporation of Signature Office Property Inc., Philippines ("SOPI") for a cash consideration of PHP 2,999,999.00 representing 30 % of the total issued and paid-up share capital of SOPI.

The Certificate of Registration of SOPI was issued by the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission on 13 July 2017 and was received on 17 July 2017. SOPI has an Authorised and Issued paid-up share capital of PHP 10,000,000.00 comprising 10,000,000 ordinary shares of PHP 1.00 each. SOPI's proposed business activity is investment holding.
