We refer to our announcement on 27 February 2017 in relation to the Agreement between Knusford Berhad with Arthaland Corporation and China Railway Dongfang Group Sdn Bhd. Further thereto, the Board of Directors of Knusford Berhad wishes to inform the Exchange that subject to finalization and award of the EPC contract by 30 June 2017, the date of commencement of the scope of work is expected to be 1 September 2017, with completion expected to be on 31 May 2021. |
