We refer to our announcement on 25 June 2015 in relation to the Joint Venture Agreement entered between Kota Ekspres Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Greenland Malaysia Urban Development Sdn Bhd.

Further thereto, the Board of Directors of Knusford Berhad wishes to inform the Exchange that the eventual issued and paid-up share capital of Greenland Knusford Construction Sdn Bhd ("GKC")  will comprise of:

1. RM750,000.00 in Ordinary Shares to be issued within one month from the date of incorporation of GKC; and
2. Any further contribution will be by way of Redeemable Preference Shares which cannot be determined at this moment as it will depend on the working capital requirement of GKC from time to time.
