Description DEVIATION BETWEEN AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2012 AND UNAUDITED FOURTH QUARTER RESULTS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2012

The Board of Directors of Knusford Berhad wishes to inform that there is a deviation between the Group's profit after tax stated in the Audited Financial Statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2012 and the Group's profit after tax stated in the unaudited fourth quarter results ended 31 December 2012.  The deviation is reconciled and explained as per attachment.
