The Board of Directors of Knusford Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 October 2012 acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Kota Ekspres Sdn Bhd for a cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia: Two Only (RM2.00), resulting in Kota Ekspres Sdn Bhd being the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Kota Ekspres Sdn Bhd, a shelf company, was incorporated on 27 August 2012, with an authorised and issued and paid-up share capital of RM100,000.00 and RM2.00 respectively, and is currently dormant.
