The Board of Directors of Knusford Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 June 2012 acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Knusford Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd for a cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia:  Two Only (RM2.00), resulting in Knusford Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd being the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Knusford Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 14 June 2012, with an authorised and issued and paid-up share capital of RM100,000.00 and RM2.00 respectively, and is currently dormant.
