Writ and Statement of Claim by Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("Plaintiff") vs Tebrau Bay Constructions Sdn Bhd ("1st Defendant"), Iskandar Waterfront City Berhad ("2nd Defendant"), Tebrau Bay Sdn Bhd ("3rd Defendant") and Pembinaan Hamid Abd. Rahman Sdn Bhd ("3rd Party") and Radiant Seas Sdn Bhd ("4th Party")

Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 23 January 2025, 14 March 2025, 28 April 2025, 16 July 2025, 26 November 2025 and 28 November 2025.

 

The Company wishes to inform that:

  1. Pursuant to the case management held on 5 January 2026, the 3rd Party and the 4th Party informed the Court that the documents directed by the Court have been filed;
  2. The Court has noted that all pre-hearing matters have been completed; and
  3. The physical hearing scheduled for 14 January 2026 at the Court of Appeal remains at fixed.

The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
