The Company wishes to inform that pursuant to the case management held via zoom on 16 July 2025, the Court has yet to appoint a replacement judge for this matter. Consequently, the next case management has been scheduled for 22 October 2025 to provide further directions for the proceedings. The Company will provide further updates on any material developments in due course.
