Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 23 January 2025 and 14 March 2025.
The Company wishes to inform that following the case management on 24 April 2025, and in the absence of a newly appointed judge for the matter, the case has been fixed for a further case management on 16 July 2025. This is to allow the Court to provide further directions regarding the fourth party proceedings together with the main suit.
The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
