He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Robert Gordon University (RGIT) in Aberdeen, Scotland in 1982.
Morgan's professional journey is characterized by a series of progressive roles in leading companies, culminating in his appointment as Group Chief Executive Officer of Iskandar Waterfront Holdings Sdn Bhd from 1 July 2015 until his retirement on 31 May 2021.
