Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 23 January 2025. The Board of Directors of Knusford Berhad ("KB" or "the Company") wishes to inform that, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Radiant Seas Sdn Bhd has entered appearance as the fourth party to the claim on 4 February 2025 and attended the case management for the fourth party direction on 5 February 2025. The matter was then postponed to 13 March 2025. Following the case management on 13 March 2025, the Court has now fixed the case management/hearing on 24 April 2025 to provide further directions for the proceedings together with the main suit. The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course. This announcement is dated 14 March 2025. |
