The Board of Directors of Knusford Berhad (“KB”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Knusford Equipment Sdn. Bhd. (“KEQSB”) had on 3 June 2021 entered into 6 Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPAs”) with Bayou Management Sdn. Bhd. (“BMSB" or “Vendor”) to acquire 6 units of properties in Danga Sutera for a total consideration of RM5,006,330 (“Proposed Acquisitions”).
